Erin is a certified 200 HR Yoga Teacher. She has been practicing yoga for over seven years and enjoys teaching as much as growing in her own daily practice. Erin enjoys the non-competitive nature of yoga which allows the practitioner to focus on self-care and self-love, things we often overlook. She aims to help people in their body, mind, and soul through holistic practices and techniques. Erin also has additional training in trigger point and myofacial release/compression techniques.
When she is not on the mat you might find Erin hanging from an aerial apparatus or at the cycling training studio she co-owns with her husband. Erin is also an avid philanthropist, spending any extra time planning charity builds for a non profit she runs where they complete building projects in needy communities around the world.
